Hola! I’m Lina Bojacá, pronounced /Bohaká/, Graphic Designer and Art Director based in Dublin, Ireland. Originally from Colombia, “partly” Australian –I’m basically from everywhere, you can imagine what my accent sounds like.
Thanks to my multiple relocations, I’ve been able to work in different industries and cultures. I worked for clients like Verizon, David Jones, Qantas, HP Enterprise and Yahoo!7 over the past 12 years. Currently I’m Lead designer at Salesforce, EMEA.
I’ve explored most disciplines of graphic design and I realised that what I really love doing is 1. creating brands and 2. using type as a medium to communicate ideas. I combine these two to create memorable and engaging experiences and help companies achieve their goals, particularly companies that do good for society and the environment.
Things I love? Coffee, croissants and plantain! (Have you tried plantain?). I also love Scandinavian interior design –so clean and beautiful!. I love all things design, but if I’m not designing I’m more likely eating or thinking about food, exercising to stay sane (and earn all the food I eat!) or working on a project that advocates for the Latinx community –shout out to all the Latinas out there.
